How do I pay?
All plans are activated manually. Email sales@adggroup.co.za and we will invoice you. PayFast self-service is coming later in 2026.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Upon cancellation or lapse, your account enters a 30-day grace period where functionality is paused. You can still log in to download and print your existing assessments during this time. After the 30 days, your account will automatically downgrade to the limits of your new tier—additional saves and shared team functionality will be removed and no longer accessible.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. After the grace window your account is read-only and Professional-only features lock. Reactivating restores full access immediately.
Do you invoice for businesses?
Yes. We invoice per-seat per-month or annually, whichever suits your finance team.
Is my data safe?
POPIA-compliant. Data lives on a South African cPanel host. We do not share your assessment content with anyone.
What if I need more than 100 assessments?
Yes, you can get additional risk assessment saves. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs, as pricing and allocation are handled on a per-use-case basis.
